Senior Care Manager
We are seeking a full time social worker to join our senior care management team. Applicant must have grant management and supervisory experience. Team player with strong computer skills (MS Word, Outlook, Excel) and ability to learn new software programs and experience helping seniors is required. LMSW degree preferred. Santa Fe Jewish Community Chaplain
